Basics of Jelqing
Here are the basics of jelqing which many guys are super curious about now days, since the jelq exercise has been reported so often as being a true way to increase penis size.
In a ballsack, here’s the basics of jelqing:
Warm Up. This is done with a warm hand towel (warm-hot water applied to the towel to heat it up). It is placed over the penis and left there for a few minutes.
Lubrication. Lube is applied generously to the penis.
The Jelq Exercise. Starting with the thumb and forefinger forming a circle, this is placed around the penis, at the base, and slowly the hand circle massages upwards in one slow stroke, just before the head and then it’s released and the same thing is repeated with the other hand. A certain number of sets and reps are performed.
The warm down. Basically same as the warm up.
Yes, there are sometimes extra exercises thrown in and more specific jelq techniques, but the above is really the basics of the jelq exercise.

Learning How To Jelq – Best Methods for Jelqing
What’s the difference between successful jelqers who gain an inch or more, and unsuccessful jelqers who fail to increase penis size?
Learning how to jelq properly is very important if you want to increase penis size effectively, and if you want to achieve that size in the shortest amount of time possible.
Listed here are the best methods for jelqing. The Standard Jelq Exercise. First let’s establish that it is the standard jikok or jelqing exercise which has been seen as the most effective. Under 30 Minute Jelq Routine. The key to jelqing is consistency and patience. What’s been seen is that if a jelq routine is long, it’s ineffective. Technically it may work, but the chances of the user sticking to a long routine is not very likely. The routines that work are short and to the point. This increases the chances of the trainee sticking to the routine and being consistent, which is key for results to occur. There are many under 30 minute routines out there. One of the most popular is the 6 minute a day routine. Many guys will start out 10-15 minutes for a few weeks until they get the hang of it and then get the routine down to a simple 6 minute workout. Supplemental Jikok Exercises. These are often ignored and hence results are not what they could have been if the trainee would have implemented the simple supplemental jelqing exercise tactics. First is the warmup, and warm down. This involves just a few minutes of wrapping a warm wash cloth around the penis for a few minutes before the exercise and after the exercise is completed. This improves blood flow beforehand and properly relaxes the penis afterwards, encouraging growth to occur. Another supplemental exercise is penis stretches. These are often done either in between jelqing sets, or after the jelqs are completed. This provides an added boost to growth encouragement and many successful jelqers have made it part of their regular routine.
These are best basic methods for successful jelqing. It’s very important to follow a good routine which includes all of these aspects. Good routines will start with this backbone and then may branch out a bit to reveal tricks and shortcuts to improve size or speed up results even further.
